Join Annie from Clear Wellness for a passive class with a focus on stretching the muscles through posture and breath. Postures are held for 3-5 minutes. These long holds encourage muscles to release allowing the connective tissue to release.
It is recommended that students bring a yoga mat, towel and water. Instructor will provide a mat to place on the ground under your own mat.
