Get ready to sweat

This MOVE class, presented by Clear Wellness, offers a combination of dance, yoga, pilates, and exercises designed to work smaller muscle groups. Over time, these efficient exercises create a lean figure without bulking up. Students will improve balance and strengthen and reshape their bodies. Be ready to sweat!

It is recommended that students bring a yoga mat, towel and water. Instructor will provide a mat to place on the ground under your own mat.
