Sahaja Yoga Meditation is good for the heart, mind, body and soul. The sense of inner calm you experience during thoughtless awareness boosts your emotional resilience. This also helps you effectively cope with stressful events while improving your self esteem, balance and well being. Many people find it revitalizes energy, restores optimism, and promotes peace and contentment. It is free and easy to learn.


Sahaja Yoga is a registered non-profit organization that has offered free classes in the greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area for the last 25 years. Around the world, over 50,000 people of all ages, ethnicities and cultures in more than 75 countries have experienced this beneficial meditation during the last 40 years. Locally we have 3 meetings per week: at 7 pm on Mondays in Covington at 702 Greenup Street, LaSallete Gardens apartments; at 7 pm on Wednesdays in Milford at 6101 Meijer Drive, the Miami Township Civic Center; and at 7 pm on Fridays at 3416 Clifton Avenue, the Clifton United Methodist Church. All meetings are always free and open to the public.
